Welcome to the News Crew — where our students become the voices and vision behind our weekly school news show!
Each year, interested students can apply to be part of this exciting opportunity. If selected, they’ll meet Monday through Thursday from 7:10–7:30 AM to record the weekly broadcast. Whether behind the scenes or in front of the camera, every role is important and gives students the chance to shine!
Members can preview, practice, and view completed episodes in their News Crew Google Classroom. This helps everyone stay prepared and professional — just like a real newsroom!
Being part of the News Crew means making a commitment. Students who miss three days in a row without letting Mrs. Kelly know will be considered to have stepped away from their role.
News Crew members are leaders in our school and serve as role models for others. We are proud of their dedication, creativity, and teamwork as they help keep our school community informed and inspired!
