Hello! My name is Rebecca Kennington and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Sharp Creek Elementary. 

Education:

2016: University of West Georgia- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

2019: University of West Georgia- Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a STEM endorsement

Background:

I am married to my husband John and together we have a 4 year old little girl named Aria. My husband and I currently live in Villa Rica. We absolutely love Carroll County. This will be my fourth year teaching. I began my teaching career in 2017 at Arbor Station Elementary in Douglas County. I taught for 3 years in 2nd grade. Prior to teaching at Arbor Station, I spent almost a year as a Lead Teacher at Early Head Start in Carrollton. I am so excited to be a part of the Sharp Creek family this year!
