I am Betty Jo Rann and I am a Special Education Paraprofessional here at Sharp Creek Elementary. I've had the pleasure of working for Carroll County Schools since 2001. I have had the opportunity to work with Pre-K - 8th grade, serve as Paraprofessional Team Leader and in the After School Program.
