Bio

I am Ms. Alaina Dorrough and I am a First Grade Teacher here at Sharp Creek Elementary.

Education: 

I attended Carroll County Schools from Kindergarten through 12th Grade. I am a graduate of Villa Rica High School-We Are VR!

I attended the University of West Georgia where I obtained a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.

I am dual certified in Early Childhood Education and Special Education General Curriculum.

 

I live in Temple with my two sons-Hayden, 13 and Austin, 3. This is my second year at SCES and Carroll County. This is my 13th year as an educator. I have taught first and third grade. I was also the special education inclusion teacher and first grade co-teacher for 7 years in Douglas County. I absolutely love teaching here at THE CREEK!
